A Brief Introduction

To kick start this blog in the right direction: A Brief Introduction



Learning to live a physically and spiritually healthy life is hard for just one person to do.  Finding the balance you need to eat healthy, exercise, keep a positive attitude, and happiness in your life is very overwhelming.  With so many questions, and so many answers out there, how can we possibly know which path is right for us.  Dieting is depressing, when taken from a traditional approach.  Exercise is hard, when you have no idea what type is best for you.  Keeping a positive attitude can be impossible, when you feel life everything you've tried has failed and your ready to just give up again.  We all strive for happiness, but for most of us, finding those key ingredients to achieve happiness seems like an endless uphill battle.  I will never claim to have all the right answers, and I will never promises you that something will guaranteed work for you, but if you stick with me, I promises we can get through this, TOGETHER. 



See unlike most information you will find in looking for answers, I am starting out with only a small handful of answers for you.  This will be a team effort, we will work together, and we will succeed at our goal of physical health and spiritual health.  I am not one of those people who has come in saying look at me I used to be over weight and unhappy and now I'm skinny and excited, try my miracle answer - diet pill - diet program - exercise plan - vitamin regimen - send me your money now and I'll give you the answer.  Like I said, I DON'T have the answer.  What I do have is an idea, an idea to stop struggling and being unhappy with my life, an idea to find a way to get healthy, and a way not to do it alone.
